Tully’s houses the most impressive selection of beer across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.  This is largely due to an anchored desire to be considered the BEST beer joint in Maine, coupled with the knowledge of the market allowing us the opportunity to carry the right stuff in the right quantities, and care for it the best way we can in a retail environment.  Tully’s is happy to be considered a beer geek’s heaven on earth.  Grown men frequently refer to us as being “like a candy store” for beer lovers.  This website is my effort to reflect at least most, if not all the selection available either on our shelves or by special order.  It has, during the last 10 years, been too much for me to maintain, so please be patient if you see errors or information that seem to be outdated.  Please email me with your observations, comments, or criticisms of how I can improve the website.  It is illegal to ship from Maine, so please enjoy the portal to the store, feel free to place email orders, but you must show up in person to take delivery of your product.

Beer here is separated into categories that are of my own mind, but should be detailed.  There is a 12 foot room temperature shelf that houses most of the specialty beer, many of which are NOT in the cooler.  There is a 40 foot long, 16 door cooler, containing predominantly all the 6 packs, 12 packs, 18 packs, and 30 packs.  Additionally there is another cooler dedicted to keg storage.

SPECIALTY BEER - The fastest growing beer category in the country, consisting almost entirely of imports, mostly shipped as singles, and usually more costly.  Adding to this category of late are the many wild and crazy brews offered by some of the micro brewers across this country.

PREMIUM BEER- Craft and Microbrewers such as Sam Adams, Dogfish Head, Shipyard, and many more.

DOMESTIC BEER - The big three, sometimes referred to as "Budmilloors".  Our domestic beer business is smaller in volume than the myriad imports and micros that people rely on us for, however we do carry the basics in several packages, and lots of kegs.  Although the published KegList reflects no imported kegs, they are available for special order.

There is an extensive BeerLinks page, which contains links to every brewery or importer that I deal with.  Please educate yourself on what IS available here in the store, vs. what I have to order before embarking on a pilgrimage from the Canadian border.  Additionally, all but the domestic products have a case discount of 10% built in at the register.  Also included in the domestic category are all the malt beverage and ready to drink (rtd's), meaning Mike's, Twisted, and Kahlua.
