| Sauvignon Blanc has been going through some changes for the last several years since the Kiwis from New Zealand broke new ground with wines that were very bright, fresh, fruity, and without that grassy aroma that so many did not like. Following on their heels are some terrific labels from Chile, Argentina, and especially South Africa. This year, as always Villa Maria is leading the pack, followed by Root 1, Brancott, Kim Crawford, Cono Sur, and recently Juno from South Africa. |
